Balanzoni is a filled pasta, with a filling made up of incredibly tasty ingredients: ricotta, mortadella, parmesan… we’ll be enjoying it with a butter-sage-parmesan sauce!
We’ll also be making another great classic of Bolognese cuisine: tagliatelle!
